Built from company disclosures filed with the SEC, it brings upcoming biotech milestones into one searchable tool. Each entry links to its source, so you can check the company’s wording yourself.

The principle is simple: preserve the uncertainty. If management guides to the second half of the year, the calendar shows that window. Missed windows remain visible when no subsequent filing has been found.

Company pages bring together pipelines, catalyst histories, financing disclosures, and cash and runway information, with our estimates identified separately.

The calendar updates overnight. It is a starting point for research, and automated extraction can make mistakes. The beta will improve as readers flag errors and gaps.

Next come links to corporate presentations and a better mobile experience. The next BSI AI Catalyst Scanner will also use this filings-based dataset, with a relaunch targeted before the end of September.
